Our Summer Adventure is designed to give you some solid work for upcoming races, with options for long swims, bikes and runs.
The lake has a 5-mile perimeter to satiate your long swim needs or do 100 yard sprints to the island to work on speed.
We have a full on training room in the basement with trainers, or you can take a long spin on our hydro-bike. Run through neighborhoods, do hill repeats on the berm, or choose from 9 miles or trails in Buckhorn State Park. We’ll support your swims with kayaks and for you marathon swimmers set up aid stations on the islands. Cold plunges in the sun never felt so good and a toasty sauna will set you up for great sleep and recovery. The best of all worlds at our Summer Adventure Camp.
Training for Ironman Wisconsin? Our place is roughly an hour from the IMWI bike course. Plan to get up early Sunday and go ride a loop or two!
